Sambal Goreng

Ingredients : A
8      shallots
4      garlics
1      lemon grass
10    dried chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 inch galangal
50gm dried shrimp
2 t/s tamarind juice
salt
sugar

Blend all the above

Ingerediants: B
3 dried chillies ( slices thinly)
4 "tempe" fermented soya bean (cut in dices)
3 potato (cut in dices)
200 gm fresh prawn
50gm long beans

Ingredients : C
salt
sugar
1 cup coconut milk

(Fried all the above :

How to cook :
Blended all ingredients A. Stir fried all ingredients A in  oil until the aroma of spices came out. Add in all ingredients B. When shimp getting half cooked add in ingredient C. Let it simmer.
