My Bread Butter Pudding


I made a simple bread butter pudding out of sandwich bread.


5 pcs of sandwich bread
2 eggs
4 spoon sugar
2 cups of fresh milk
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
butter

mix and whisk, milk , sugar and egg. Cut bread into small pieces and buttered it. Place bread in a baking tray, pour the batter mix into the baking tray and sunk the bread in. Bake in the oven at 120 degree celcius for 25 mins.

Bendi Goreng - Fried Ocra

Fried Okra is one of my favorite dish for the main meal either dinner or lunch. It is so easy to prepare yet satisfying. Below I share how to make fried Okra my style Bahan-Bahan / Ingredients : 300gm bendi / Okra /Ladies finger 3 ulas bawang merah / shallots 2 ulas bawang putih / garlics 2 sudu udang kering / dried shrimp 3 biji cili padi / bird eye chilli 1 biji telur/ egg 1 sudu oyster sauce  1 sudu kicap manis / dark sweet soy sauce 3 sudu minyak masak / cooking oil  gula, garam / sugar, salt Cara memasak : Hiris halus bawang merah , bawang putih, cili padi.
