Udang Masak Kerisik / Prawn in Pounded Grated Coconut Sauce Bahan-bahan/ Ingredient : 1kg udang / 1 kg fresh tiger prawn 1 labu bawang besar/ 1 onion 3 biji bawang putih /  3 garlics 1 ulas serai / Lemon grass 1/2 inci halia /1/2 inch Ginger 1/2 inci lengkuas / 1/2 inch Galangal 1 batang kayu manis / Cinnamon Stick 2 kuntum bunga lawang / Star Anise 2 biji buah pelaga / 1 Cardamon 1sudu kerisik / 1 table spoon pounded roasted grated coconut 2 cawan santan / 2 cups of coconut milk 2 sudu serbuk kari / 2 spoon urry powder 1 sudu cili giling/ boh / 1 spoon chilli paste 1 sudu teh serbuk jintan manis / 1 spoon annise seed 1 sudu teh garam / 1 tea spoon salt 1 sudu teh gula / 1 teaspoon sugar Cara Memasak : blend bawang besar, bawang putih , halia dan lengkuas dengan sedikit air. My Bread Butter Pudding

I made a simple bread butter pudding out of sandwich bread. 5 pcs of sandwich bread 2 eggs 4 spoon sugar 2 cups of fresh milk 1 tbsp cinnamon powder butter mix and whisk, milk , sugar and egg. Cut bread into small pieces and buttered it. Place bread in a baking tray, pour the batter mix into the baking tray and sunk the bread in. Bake in the oven at 120 degree celcius for 25 mins. 

My Home Made Burger and Salmon Salad

Ingredients : 1. Beef Patty : 500 gm mince meat  1 ts paprika 1 ts onion powder 1 ts garlic salt powder 1 tbs multi purpose flour  salt - Add all ingredient in a bowl and mould it to a burger patty shape. Let it rest for 10 mins at least. 2 pieces of burger bun 2. Salmon Salad Salmon (cut the salmon into dices), fry with some salt , pepper and some onion powder. tomato  green leaves of your choice.  dressing it with a mix of mayonnaise, and chili sauce.

Ingredients : 1 onion 1 garlic 1 tbs onion powder 1 tbs garlic salt powder 1 tbs black pepper 1 tbs paprika brocoli or cauliflower potato 1 1/2 cup fresh milk Cooking Method : Marinated salmon with all the powder ingredients. Slice thinly the potato and arranged it in the baking tray. Place the marinated salmon on bed of potato. Place and arranged the sliced onion and garlic on top of the mrinated salmon. Add in the brocoli, pour in the fresh milk. Add in some salt and pepper. Baked in 190 degree celsius for 25 mins. 

Masak Lemak Ikan Sepat Masin Dan Nenas Cara Suhaila

Bahan- bahan : 1/2 inci kunyit hidup  1 keping asam gelugor  3 biji bawang merah 2 biji bawang putih 4 biji cili padi 1 batang serai (Blend bahan bahan di atas) 1 cawan santan 2 keping ikan sepat masin 1/4 biji nenas garam  gula Cara-cara : masukkan bahan bahan blend ke dalam periuk bersama 1/2 cawan air. Reneh/ rebuskan sehingga mendidih, kemudian masukkan nenas dan nenas dan biarkan sehingga mendidih kemudian masukkan santan , garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Sukun Goreng / Fried Bread Fruits (Artocarpus Altilis - scientific name)

Have you ever tried or had this fried "sukun"or bread fruits?. I love the texture of "sukun" fruit as the flesh is soft and tender. It basically has nearly similar taste like cassava/ tapioca but lighter and softer. It can be fried or steam. For fried sukun normally people mixed it with salt and turmeric . But fried sukun my version, I normally will add some curry powder with it. For steam, normally people will steam it with sugar. It's nice to eat it during breakfast or tea. Sukun is from a group of moracea like jackfruit. Last time it was easy to have it as it was grown at my home town' house backyard. During its season we were enjoying varies recipe from this sukun fruit, like sukun fritters made from a very ripe sukun, sukun crackers, fried sukun and steam sukun.
