Food places

I just love foods and my husband is so particular about food. it seems hard to be food adventures but because of him we are safe when we have our food. It avoid us from having poisoning. I can eat anywhere or any kind of food as long as it has good taste and the place is consider clean. Some of our favorite food spots are :
1. Tony Roma for its' special ribs,
  • We used to go there for either lunch or dinner, the restaurant has a friendly environment and my daughter is so familiar with it's ambiance. Since we are regular customer at Tony Roma Cineleisure, some of staffs are familiar to us.Some of them are already knows what we want and expect.
2. Bangsar Seafood Garden for its' fresh seafood,
  • The first time we were there we tried it's salted egg crab and seafood fried rice. The taste of the cooking and the ingredients used in their cooking has make us repeat the visit to eat. Even though, the price a little bit expensive but worth and value for your money.
3. Sushi King for affordable Japanese food,
  • This is our regular japanese restaurant. Some of their staffs at Ikano has familiar with us. I believed most of us has been there and expect what kind of fast food they served.
4. Asam pedas for its' ox tail asam pedas,
5. Shih Lin Taiwanese street food for its' crispy chicken and lunch box
6. The Basil - for affordable thai food
7. The Jakes - for its steak
8. Kluang Station for its' Kopitiam food.

Have you ever tried or had this fried "sukun"or bread fruits?. I love the texture of "sukun" fruit as the flesh is soft and tender. Bahan- bahan : 1/2 inci kunyit hidup  1 keping asam gelugor  3 biji bawang merah 2 biji bawang putih 4 biji cili padi 1 batang serai (Blend bahan bahan di atas) 1 cawan santan 2 keping ikan sepat masin 1/4 biji nenas garam  gula Cara-cara : masukkan bahan bahan blend ke dalam periuk bersama 1/2 cawan air. Bendi Goreng - Fried Ocra

Fried Okra is one of my favorite dish for the main meal either dinner or lunch. It is so easy to prepare yet satisfying. Below I share how to make fried Okra my style Bahan-Bahan / Ingredients : 300gm bendi / Okra /Ladies finger 3 ulas bawang merah / shallots 2 ulas bawang putih / garlics 2 sudu udang kering / dried shrimp 3 biji cili padi / bird eye chilli 1 biji telur/ egg 1 sudu oyster sauce  1 sudu kicap manis / dark sweet soy sauce 3 sudu minyak masak / cooking oil  gula, garam / sugar, salt Cara memasak : Hiris halus bawang merah , bawang putih, cili padi.
