The set was value for money, however the taste wasn't that up to my satisfaction.


These were cup cakes from my friend's shop who has an outlet at Takashimaya, Ho Chi Minh City. All were flavourful and worth for money spent.


This was breakfast I prepared for my small family. Simple yet satisfactory to all taste bud. 


A simple dish for dinner that I cooked for my small family, Asam Pedas ikan Tenggiri.

One of my favourite at Tuscan & Grill, Ho Chi Minh City, Spinach Gnudi.


Salad at Tuscan & Grill, I just love its dressing 


This mee hoon sup I did for my lunch. Simple yet satisfying my taste bud.
Ingredients :
For the soup
2 shallots
2 garlics
1 spoon dried shrimp powder
1 slice of chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups of water

blend of all the above and saute until the smells come out then pour water. you may add chicken stock or chicken cube if you want to add more taste.

mee hoon for one serving . soaked in boiling water until it soft. strained and place it in a bowl

Sambal Kicap
3 garlics
1 red chilli
3 small chiilies/ cili padi
5 spoon kicap manis
1 spoon sugar
2 spoon lime juice

blend all of the above and place it in a bowl

you may add bean sprout, spring onion, fried onion and hard boil egg .
