Dinner for guest from Malaysia

Recently, I received a guest who was ex-Ho Chi Minh residents, Kak Hazel. So cooked simple dishes for dinner. "Biriyani", "Ayam Masak Merah", "udang kunyit" and "dalca daging" were served for dinner on that night. Kak Hazel came with her assistant a local Vietnamese. I can't remember her name.
